This book provides a good account of Reiki's history, the 5 Reiki elements and also on Reiki's practice. A book worth revisiting over and over again.
The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr. Mikao Usui.
This is an 80-page manual that provides the illustrations of the traditional treatment positions and serves as an invaluable reference material.
