Hi! I am Leslie. I am a certified Reiki practitioner under the Usui system of Reiki. I couple my Reiki healing services with the use of crystals, sound, and aroma. Some instruments that I use include tumbled stones, tingsha, singing bowls, sage and essential oils. These help ease my clients into a relaxed and open state and they can benefit more from their session.

Reiki healing approaches healing from a bioenergetic perspective and this concept has existed in the ancient wisdom of various cultures. Whilst mainstream science focuses on physical symptoms, which is vital, holistic wellness needs to include the healing of the emotional and spiritual body.
